Resumo: | Since the end of the eighteenth century, we have sought to consolidate legal instruments capable of legitimizing preservation and applying sanctions to avoid any kind of damage to material cultural heritage. It happens that the consolidation of legal instruments does not necessarily imply the maintenance of the property. In Brazil, the protection of the public patrimony is a fundamental right established in the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988 (CR / 88). There are numerous lawsuits seeking to repair damage to property. It was questioned if in other countries the patrimony had the same type of protection and before the question was carried out comparative analysis between the cities of Sabará (Minas Gerais, Brazil) and Montréal (Québec, Canada). Throughout the research was tried to evidence that the preservation of the goods by legal structures needs the constant help of methods and solutions inherent in information management. It was pointed out as a general objective to analyze information management as a means of preserving the material cultural heritage. It was intended to identify and create information technology devices and devices that allow a wide access to the material cultural public assets. Thus, consequently, these devices can be used in the preservation of heritage as far as their virtual exposure oriented problem solving, accessibility and knowledge of decision-making processes. |
