Resumo: | This research investigates the origin of the students' difficulties in reading the fables and fairy tale genres, proposing a set of systematized activities aimed at solving the reading problems that they show. A work with strategies that develop reading skills capable of forming autonomous and critical readers becomes important in this context, both for the student and the teacher as mediator of the process. This paper aims to reflect on questions such as: why students do not understand what they read? Why is it that many are only in the superficial reading and can not really interact with the text? Is it possible to teach strategies that lead the student to read better? What reading strategies can we use for effective reading training? To what extent can the teacher help students become competent readers who incorporate what the texts bring to the point of transforming their knowledge? To carry out the research / intervention we took as a focus of research a 6th grade class from a state school located in the city of Lagoa Santa, metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. |
