Resumo: | This work is the result of artistic investigations into the creative processes of Ruínas (2018) and Hertz (2019) – composed during the PhD period – from the initial ideas to the piece's performance. From the archaeology of these processes, issues present in the pieces, such as indeterminacy, collaboration, soundscape, and improvisation, are addressed. The text of this work was built as an amalgam, formed from different writing styles – floating between narratives of memories, essays on the creative process, description of poetic and imagetic aspects, presentation and discussion of concepts that relate to this process – and different methodological tools – such as analysis of recordings, scores, accounts of the creative process, post compositional reflections, dialogue with other works and artists – in order to meet the research that has the artistic process as a guide. |
