Resumo: | In this work a comparative study of cost among some described structural models for the analysis and design of reinforced concrete floors is performed. Three different floors of different building are the object of the analysis, each with a different structural system. In a first step, the floors are studied considering a conventional structuralsystem, consisting of slabs and beams. Then, a second analysis is done using flat or waffle slabs. The slabs can be built using blocks of expanded polystyrene (EPS) or alternatively blocks of autoclaved aerated concrete as filling material. The last step is the analysis using as structural solution waffle slabs, with the formwork consisting ofpolypropylene of log-pyramidal shape. A commercial program is used for the structural analysis, design and determination of quantitative. Materials, formworks, workmanship and construction time are all included in the determination of the cost for each solution. The obtained results provide the basis for a detailed discussion of the cost differencesamong the examined solutions. |
