Resumo: | The present dissertation investigates the historical outline of the development of the sources of Roman Law, which are taken as a solid historical evidence of Rome's political processes. Analyzing the development of the Sources of Roman Law, the author tries to comprehend the affirmation of Law as a privileged code of conduct, as well as to understand the preponderance of the statute as a Source of Law in the Romano- Germanic system |
