Resumo: | This work presents the development of a simple and accessible model as well as a global evaluation for the implementation of enterprises under the point of view of urban water based on multicriteria methods. The issues surrounding urban water are a priority in the planning stages of cities due to inherent complex interactions within the urban water system and also due to the nature of the urbanization process being at times quite random. Thus an appropriate evaluation of theenterprises used to manage and maintain urban water becomes important. Both existing technical literature and the development of new models of evaluation are an intrinsic part of the development process. The methodological stages are derived from the multicriterial method ANP (Analytic Network Process) having been developed via mathematical formulae in an evaluation model entitled AUrb/ANP. As a result of this they have become the established evaluation criteria for sustainability indicators and a largely systematic guide for the analyst in the evaluationprocess. For the consolidation and validation of the proposed methodology two case studies were undertaken in different situations by design. The first study looked to consolidate the proposed methodology making the evaluation of project implementation in an area alreadyurbanized. The second study validated the proposed methodology through the evaluation of a project of implementation of a condominium in natural area which result was compared with the evaluation accomplished in another study. The systematic of applied evaluation with the use of the model AUrb/ANP was considered efficient for verification and consolidation of the proposed methodology, once it was shownfeasible and comprehensible for use in average procedures, allowing to verify the efficiency of a project with relationship to the urban waters, still supplying necessary recommendations for their improvement. |
