Resumo: Since its inception, YouTube is the largest video sharing site on the web. Its success is mainly due to the display of videos produced for entertainment purposes, attended predominantly by young people. The cyborg youth uses YouTube not only for fun but also to study the curriculum contents. In this context, the research carried out was focused on the following problem: how the video lessons on YouTube alter forms of learning curriculum contents for youth cyborg? To build possible understandings of the proposed problem, was used as methodology, pivotally, netnographic elements in YouTube channels that provide video lessons on curriculum contents, observation of three classes of a high school public school, interviews with students and educators and application of questionnaires. In order to analyze the group investigated and understand the multifaceted features of the observed phenomenon, I used as theoretical framework authors of the youth field and the Cultural Studies field, as well as the main references on digital technologies. From this research it was possible to realize that the use of YouTube by students in the educational route is part of a process of cultural change that permeates the attitudes and behaviors of a cyborg youth. Such changes can significantly alter the relationships between the youth cultures, the school culture and the learning. Therefore, this dissertation, I argue that the learning of curriculum contents is cyborg, so that elements of cyberculture, school culture and youth culture are fused in the composition of the ways of studying and learning of contemporary youth. Such forms of learning are closely linked to the multiplicity of existence forms of the young cyborgs who attend high school. It could be observed during the research that some young people said that when used YouTube to study the curriculum contents, they were able to learn in a faster way than in the classroom. It was also observed that elements of youth culture, when they are present in the YouTube video lessons, work in the production of meaning for curriculum contents. A similar situation also occurs in school when there is the presence of elements of youth culture and cyberculture, which when included in educational processes, also produce meanings for the curriculum contents. With regard to ways of learning, it is possible to realize that for most of the people surveyed, the technologies changed the knowledge construction processes, inserting at different times of schooling. And so it is possible to speak of a cyborg learning. One way of learning that integrates the common analog resources in schools with digital technologies and the connections that they produce with cyberspace and cyberculture.
