Resumo: The present study aims to question our imprisonment in a narrow theoretical knowledge of perversion, which leads to a well-established route and associates this psychic functioning to male subjects. When accessing the obscurities of the psychic functioning of perversion, an unsettling bifurcation that is frequently ignored is found, which leads to a new route that is seldom explored and investigated, female perversion. The assumption of the existence of a perverse woman faces great obstacles, including in freudian metapsychology since the woman does not need Verleugnung because she has already been castrated through fantasy. In an attempt to force a necessary conceptual mobility, the purpose of the dissertation is to promote a reflection that is beyond the confounding influence of the media and that enables us to think about a phenomenon that is intriguing: women serial killers, which seems to be irrefutable evidence of the dynamics of the perverse psychic organization in women. Without the pretention of obtaining conclusions, our intention is solely to question the existing discrepancy between the psychoanalytic theory and the factual reality where the perversion and serial killer concepts converge, further combining with the feminine
