This research aims to revisit the historical and historiographical production of Alexandre Koyré (1892-1964) focusing on two traditions with little dialogue between them: the History of sciences and the History itself. Intending for a better comprehension of the oeuvre of the French-russian historian as a landmark to the Historiography of sciences, I reevaluate the complex relations of Koyré with the historians of science, both internalists and externalists. By this way, the koyrean notion of structure, or style, or unit of thought was problematized, which allowed a reevaluation of the internalist stigma attributed until today, in a wrong and reductionist way, to the works, and the legacy, of Alexandre Koyré. This analysis also made possible to retake the questionable detachment between the History and the History of sciences. Thus, from the presupposition that the periodization of the History of sciences overlaps the periodization of the History of historiography it was possible to establish dialogues and, also, comprehend the mismatches between the work of Koyré and the innovative proposals of the movement contemporary known as the French Revolution in historiography; the rapprochement with the Annales movement was made, mostly, through the approaching of oeuvre of Lucien Febvre (1878-1956).
