Resumo: | This study discusses the problem of training secondary school physics teachers. In order to that, it analyses the CEDEEN (Program of specialization of techers an specialists of teachers school) implemented in the years of 1984 and 1985 in Belo Horizonte, by a contract betweem the Department of the state of education of Minas Gerais and the college of Education of the Federal University os Minas Gerais (UFMG0. This program was one of the stages of the CEFAM Project (Center of preparation and training of teachers Project) of the Ministry of Education. The Program involved about 600 student-teachers from 31 state schools of several regions of the state and about 160 teachers from various academic divisions of UFMG The study analyses the trajectory of CEDEEN, using the talk of student-teachers of the physics course, supervision personal, and teachers of the Pedagogical Part and Physics Specific Part, and comparing objectives with results of the Course. The study searched for identifying changes occurred in the pedagogical practice of the student-teachers of physics and in their concepts of teaching of physics after the progrm. Finaly, some lessons were inferred from the study, towards a proposal of progrms of training secondary school physics teachers. |
