Resumo: | This paper presents the design, development and analysis of a teaching sequence on the topic polymers. The development took place in a group of 3rd year of high school in the state education network in the teacher's classes researcher author of this work. The development of this teaching sequence aims to encourage reconciliation between Science, Technology and Society (STS) for research and teaching can provide greater student participation in class and in society. In this context we believe that the theme of education polymers need to be updated with the study of new materials used in various technological fields, their properties, influence on people's lives and the environment. Added to this we propose a variety of activities in the classroom as the use of electronic devices, blogs, comic books, scholarly articles, texts, experimental activities and the use of writing by students. The result of this diversity of activities was positive in that contributed to the construction of scientific knowledge by the students. This work highlights the importance of polymers theme of the study addressed a variety of activities under a STS perspective. |
