Resumo: | Introduction: Violence against women has been identified as priority health guidelines published in 2002 by WHO and the World Health Assembly Resolution on strengthening the health system role in combating violence, especially against women and girls. This study is in line with the Integral Health Project for Women "For Them" Health Promotion Center and FM / UFMG with the Ministry of Health (MOH) which proposes, among other goals, coping with violence against women with the implementation of actions in ten priority municipalities, as responses to the National Pact of Fighting Violence Against Women (2007). Objective: To identify the vision and knowledge of professional network of care services for women of field and forest and water, elements that can contribute to the construction and operation of the service network in these municipalities, in addition to the submitted paper production for publication in a scientific journal. Methodology: This is a transversal, quantitative study with census attributes on a national level using semi-structured questionnaires. It was conducted descriptive analysis, identification and categorization of professional simple, simple frequency distribution of the independent variables and compared these variables to check the association between them through dispersion measures. It was created an indicator of the degree of professional awareness about the relationship of the health sector with other sectors of the care network, which was compared to the independent variables analyzed in the study. Results: The results were expressed as mean, median and percentages. There is a predominance of females participants (82.4%) with mean age of 36.74 years and median of 34.0 years. Most (36.7%) had undergraduate or graduate (41.4%). There are differences between the care of confirmed cases 46.1% and 69.8% suspected cases of violence, difficulties in caring for both cases (identification, acceptance and proper procedures). In the view of participants there are often predictive access to women in situations of violence in primary care (66.2%) in specialized services (61.9%) and hospital care (70.81%). In all regions there is a low indicator of health sector articulation of perception with the services of the care network. Conclusion: The lack or insufficiency of information about the network were identified in all categories studied. This reinforces the disarticulation and lack of planning actions in these network services and nullifies any possibility of cooperation and integration services aimed at comprehensive care to women in situations of violence. |
