Resumo: | Introduction: Violence is a socio-historical phenomenon present in all societies, and require in their public policy approach and specific actions to affect both the individual and collective health bringing drastic consequences, mostly death and irreversible consequences. This studyis in line with the Comprehensive Care project to Women's Health: To Them, For They, For Them, For Us!run in partnership UFMG with the Health General Coordination of Women of the Ministry of Health . Objective: To know how to give care in the network of care thewoman by Brazilian macro- violence situation in the perception of professional participants of the Project macro-regional Seminars To them. Specifically aims to trace the professional profile, describe the profile of violence affected to women, identify whether the health sectorarticulates and forwards it to the other face of network services and the counties / states are developing coping strategies to violence against women. Methodology: exploratory and descriptive cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach at the national level, with the use of semi -structured interviews of the participants of the five macro-regional seminars, from February 2013 to March 2014. There were in total 301 participants in the study, composed of professionals and managers of different levels of health and professionals coping network violence against women. Results and discussion: The approach often women insituations of violence found in this study was quite satisfactory when compared with other studies. Significant differences were observed between the Brazilian regions, although it has a higher - approach when there is a confirmed case than when a suspect. The study showed alow frequency of notification and referrals made was for the health sector itself mostly. The highest prevalence of attendance by participants of the seminars of violence was physical and residence is not the safest place for women. From the point of view of health joint force with other sectors , the health sector if there is well articulated with other services of the network of care for women in situations of violence and relationship management strategies was assessed positively. Conclusion: This study explores a relevant and current topic in the area of public health. Care in Care Network of Women in Situations of Violence by Brazilian regionneeds to advance and strengthen, to ensure that indeed the comprehensive care to women victims of violence. Any action to overcome violence goes through an inter-agency coordination, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and with civil society and community who campaign for rights and citizenship. The role of the system manager to address women in situations of violence is crucial to the advancement of network implementation and policy for addressing violence against women. |
