Resumo: | The master's research proposal consists of analyzing the creative processes of a group of teenage students in the 1st year of high school at Colégio Tiradentes da Police Militar (CTPM - Avelino Camargos), located in the municipality of Contagem, in Minas Gerais, focusing on factors that block or interfere with creativity when faced with works of art and everyday images (traffic signs, card chips, QR Codes, etc.). Among these factors, resistance to thinking and reflecting on the image, lack of understanding of the image, reluctance to experiment with new materials, distrust in relation to the creative process, negative self-concept, attachment to reproduction and stereotypes stand out. resistance to creating with greater engagement in creative expression, the difficulty of managing and organizing time, the limitation in thinking beyond the composition proposed as a stimulus, among others. The methodological procedures used to develop the research were divided into two stages: bibliographical research (literature review on the factors that block the creative process with adolescents in the school context) and individual artistic practices in the school environment. In the second stage of the research, the individual creation processes of 32 students were investigated using figurative and abstract works of art, followed by creation using everyday images. Based on the research, the aim is to expand the debate on creative processes in the classroom based on propositions of everyday images for other educational institutions and art teachers, in order to contribute to the discussion on the factors that lead to blockage creative in the classroom with teenagers. |
