Resumo: This work aims to analyze the performance of self-leveling screed mortar, developed with the use of additives to be pumped and serve as a basis for implementation of floors, and compare it with the traditional mortar too dry. The work was divided into two stages: the first looks at three materials ratio selfleveling underlayment to understand its characteristics, being a normal materials ratio recommended by the developer of the product, with a materials ratio with increase of the amount of water simulating a construction site situation and a materials ratio in which there was reducing additives, envisioning a product at a lower cost. The second stage uses two features of the first stage tocompare it with the traditional mortar. The tests were intended to evaluate the physical and mechanical self-leveling underlayment, characterizing it so it can be used safely and economically. The results have shown that the material meets the expectations well, and it is a material that comes from meeting the current needs of high production and shortage of manpower. However, further testing will be necessary to better characterize it.
