Resumo: Working on digital platforms has been an increasingly present reality in today's society,being characterized by flexibility and informality in work relationships. However, thistype of work has also been marked by anti-union practices, which make it difficult forworkers to organize and guarantee their rights. The general objective of this researchis to analyze new anti-union practices at work on digital platforms and the resistanceand struggle strategies of union movements in the face of this scenario. The theme isjustified by the pressing need to understand changes in labor relations and the impactsof digital platforms on trade union organization, as well as the importance of findingways to combat anti-union practices. The study covers a bibliographical review on workon digital platforms, changes in labor relations and new anti-union practices, in additionto an analysis of the resistance and struggle strategies of trade union movements. It isexpected to contribute to the debate on the topic, providing support for thedevelopment of effective public policies and the organization of workers.
