Resumo: This research investigates body-close relations of the contemporary scene to passer-by audiences in the spectacle society by analyzing the project On the edges of feminine: theatrical textures of the border. Therefore we have revised the bibliography on Guy Debord´s concept of Society of the Spectacle, aiming the analysis of todays socialspectacularization. Through this analysis we have studied the case of the quoted project that was ran by Agrupamento Obscena during 2008. The goal was identifying play scene procedures that, amongst other aspects, enquires the spectacular structures in urban agglomerations. We have selected procedures that have taken place directly on downtownstreets of Belo Horizonte (MG) Brazil. This analysis is based on eye observation of these interventions, on video registrations of Obscena, interviews with the researchers of the ensemble, and statements posted on their artistic creation online blog. Through this analysis we have reached the conclusion that the Obscena Independent Ensemble of Researchers wants to absorb body-close practices with the passer-by audience, thus amplifying the scene view through the aspect of street theatrical interventions.
