Resumo: In this work, simulation of rolling has been done relating to one crankshaft made of A.D.I. (Austempered Ductile Iron), through Deform 3DTM application software. Rolling is a cold work process widely applied in regions of stress concentration of steel and casted iron in order to improve fatigue resistance properties. This process increases the hardness and it introduces residual compressive stresses in materials surfaces of pieces to be manufactured, reducing their tension stresses when it is subjected to cycling loads. The fatigue resistance evaluation of one crankshaft, made of A.D.I. has a great importance, mainly due to industrial point of view. The use of mathematical models for predicting fatigue life is a very useful tool that helps during conception project and manufacturing process. The related crankshaft project was supplied by Schulz Compressors industry, and the load application force of 400N in the fillet radius between the trunnion and the flange of the crankshaft was performed by two rollers of 45mm of diameter and fillet radius of 2mm and 1,48mm of thickness. After simulating work, both the distribution of the strains and the residual stresses in the longitudinal and transversal directions were analyzed
