Resumo: | The social investment from different organizations is commonly justified by the opportunities that social projects have shown on the building of values in the relationship between the company and its varied audience. While as, this perception calls the attention to a potential opportunity to the corporative environment, it also represents one of the most important challenges related to this theme. This happens because there is an expressive lack of methodologies able to transform into concrete facts, the realization that social projects can add value to the organizations relationship networks. This research paper is aimed to look for answers to the challenge mentioned above by suggesting an evaluation proposal to the private social investment composed by categories such as the economics, tributary, trade, the internal, social, environmental and partnership public that conjugate qualitative and quantitative analysis guidelines to the corporative social work. According to the investigative constitution of this theme, it was made an explicative research having the Ground Theory as the kind of study applied to the context systematization analyzed in each company. The strategy used was the performance of holistic multiple cases keeping the private social investment evaluationas the common analysis unit. Were interviewed some managers in charge of the social investment in companies such as Telemar, Belgo, TIM and FIAT automobiles. These companies are recognized for their social work in the state of Minas Gerais. The categorical and thematic analysis content was utilized along with the ATLAS TI software in the obtained information analysis process. The research results show therecognition of the private social investment evaluation by the interviewed managers who unanimously asserted that, the suggested categories could not only increase and concretize the perception of values in social work, but also help in their sustainability as long as the organizations keep on investing because they have a payback for their actions. Obviously, the results can not be generalized, but it can be concluded that the expected contributions were initially accomplished. Also, there is a necessary recognition of the theme for a deeper reasoning established by this research. |
