Resumo: | This thesis aims to promote the gathering of knowledge between criticism of Marini political economy and critical pedagogy of Paulo Freire, mediated by the study of the agrarian question in Brazil in late capitalism. These intellectuals were contemporaries lived painful processes resulting from the violent situation despotic dictatorship. The printed Brazilian reality in his writings won the Latin Americanist expression result of several meetings in exile. The exiles forged critical thinking of high stature in the Marxist camp. The overexploitation categories of the labor force and oppression underlie the matrix of Latin American dependent capitalism, inseparable process of uneven and combined development in general. To capture the movement of praxis, anchored by the dialectical historical materialism, I analyzed the past-present categories of primitive accumulation, formal subsumption and land rent. Through these, traced the path analysis on the history of the agrarian question which arises and develops the struggle of the MST. I argue that the MST transitioned from an occupation of praxis for praxis of occupation-training and culminated in the myth of the period of the "neo-developmentism" played by PT, with an institutionalized practice. Context in which the MST is faced with what I call old-new crossroads in the struggle for land and labor in Brazil. Situation condition that only the movement is able to trace the political option, organize the trail to walk, and take responsibility for the choices made. The key authors of this study were: Ernest Mandel, István Mészáros, Vladimir Ilich Lênin and Karl Marx (in the understanding of the general laws of capital movement) and Ruy Mauro Marini, Paulo Freire, Florestan Fernandes and José de Souza Martins (in the analysis of the particularities historical dependence and the Brazilian agrarian question). The materials, and on, MST served to support the analysis of agrarian reform that has, and you want to achieve from their struggles. |
