Resumo: In the present work, the synthesis of molecules with activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the causative agent of tuberculosis, as well as the design, synthesis and luminescence studies of a selective sensor for Cd(II) was developed. Starting from lapachol and lawsone, 1,2,3-triazolic phenazines phenyl and alkyl substituted were obtained using various synthetic methodologies, such as 1,3-dipolar Huisgen cycloaddition catalyzed by Cu(I), methodology known as "Click Chemistry". The bioactivitie of the synthesized compounds were evaluated by determining its minimum inhibitory concentration values. The efficiency of the designed probe in detecting Cd(II) in aqueous solution was tested by fluorescence techniques and photophysical studies. All the materials described were well characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared and mass spectrometry, as well as the use of X-ray diffraction crystallography for unambiguous determination of selected substances. Keywords: Naphthoquinones, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Phenazines, Click Chemistry.
