Resumo: | Introduction: Users and professionalss satisfaction with care received/delivered for services mediated by health technologies, despite being an important indicator of outcome, still lacks validated and reliable instruments. Objective: To validate the CARDIOSATIS-Team and User scales and measuring satisfaction of phisychians and health service users with care care delivered/received to cardiovascular disease offered by a telehealth service. Method: This study is part of Minas Telecardio Project, a quasi-experimental study conducted in 82 municipalities of Minas Gerais State sparsely populated (population <10,500 inhabitants). The CARDIOSATIS-Team and User scales were constructed to measure the satisfaction of phisychians and patients with the implementation ofthis system. For the validation study of CARDIOSATIS-Team scale were conducted two crosssectional studies using primary data obtained through the completion of scale by phisychians before and after system implementation. As for the validation study of CARDIOSATIS-User scale, it conducted a follow-up study of patients with chest pain, where patients responded to scale up to two months after the 1st call and again after one year. To study the psychometric properties of the scales were conducted exploratory factor analysis with principal components extraction, correlation analysis (Spearman and Pearson), internal consistency analysis through Cronbach's Alpha and discriminant validity (Wilcoxon test). In addition, were made descriptive and comparative analysis using multiple ordinal logistic regression. Results: CARDIOSATIS-Team scale remained with 11 items divided into two domains. Showed high internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha values above 0.84. CARDIOSATIS-User Scale remained with 10 items divided into three domains. Showed acceptable values of Cronbach's alpha (> 0.56), and for the overall satisfaction scale, the value was 0.84. Were associated to phisychians satisfaction with telehealth system in cardiology: age, offering training course by the municipality, the number of devices for maintenance of life available in the health service and the distance from specialized centers. Conclusion: CARDIOSATIS Team and User scales showed good indicators of validity and reliability and are robust instruments for use in epidemiological studies. |
