A interatividade entre o visitante e o objeto expositivo: um estudo de caso no exploratório Leonardo da Vinci

Resumo: | In this study we analyze the interactivity between public school visitors and the objects exhibited in the museum of science. We aimed at investigating from the spatial perspective of the configuration of the space, to the types of interactions between the subjects (visitors, leader, curator) and objects exhibited; different acts of the leader, which and in what proportion the levels of activity appear in the museum of science. The study was developed through the case study of a visitor to the Leonardo da Vinci Exploratorium (LVE). We conclude that the three levels of interactivity (contemplative, direct and reflexive) are present in the space of the LVE in proportions that depend, mainly, on the guidance of the action on the part of the leader or curator. In the first stage of the visit, for example, the interactivity is mainly contemplative, whereas in the second stage, the contemplative interactivity gives over to direct, in which the visitors have the possibility of handling, playing and touching the objects on exhibition. We report that the presence of the curator is remarkable during the visit, enabling the results to become very unique, while also representative and fundamental for future research referring to science museums. This is an initial study, aiming at the analysis of macroscopic aspects of a scholastic visit to the LVE. There remains a great amount of work to be done in order to reveal the interactivities in spaces as complex as science museums. |
