Resumo: | This research was carried out from the perspective of a construction of decolonial writing, based on references that go beyond the academic bias in terms of publications and/or media recognition. Countercolonial and decolonial thinkers such as Antônio Bispo dos Santos (Nego Bispo), Conceição Evaristo, Cristiane Myriam Drummond de Brito and José Luiz Quadros de Magalhães, contributed to the construction of this writing. The proposal sought to understand the relationship of women with problematic use of alcohol and other drugs being followed up in the stayday treatment modality at the four Reference Centers for Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (CERSAM AD) in Belo Horizonte, in the city of especially in relation to leisure and cultural spaces. Seven semi-structured interviews were carried out with women, without distinction regarding sexual orientation or cisnormativity, aged between 22 and 61 years old, intertwining my experience as a researcher, woman, worker of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) in Belo Horizonte/MG and also a user of leisure and cultural spaces in the city. From escrevivências, a concept created by Conceição Evaristo that introduces the sections to which I describe the life history of these women and their relationships with the city, it was possible to apprehend that the discussion about the right to the city is marked by previous crossings such as intersectionality , violations of basic rights such as food, education, work and income, family and/or social support. Thus, the CERSAM AD, as spaces for providing care in times of urgency, are the only possible places to offer leisure and culture, limiting the perspective of comprehensive health care that must go beyond spaces intended for monitoring women with problematic use of alcohol and other drugs. Therefore, as proposed at the beginning of the research, such results and listening demonstrate the need to expand research and publications on the subject, in order to promote the creation of public policies with an emphasis on care for women who take drugs. |
