Resumo: | This thesis sought to understand how the experiences and subjective constructions of the executives influence their choices throughout their professional careers. Based on transference interviews, technique strongly grounded in psychoanalytic experience, six managers were surveyed, of which three cases were analyzed. Pointed as an unconventional methodology, even for theoretical and clinical psychoanalysis, transference interview is based on the concepts of transference and countertransference and it is a technique not previously used in the field of Business administration. This is one of the contributions of this work. The literature review sought in psychoanalysis and psychosociology the necessary theoretical support to be able to articulate the individual, organization and society. This work was developed in order to open doors to an analytical perspectives of the deeper subjectivity based on hermeneutics and energetic of the which are not restrict only to behavioral issues. It was conclude that it is not possible to separate the choices of executives throughout their professional careers of their experiences and subjective constructions. Such trajectories are linked to their childhood experience and primary processes. They are understood as a possibility of realization of the subject's conscious and unconscious desires. In other words, they refer to a singular and complex psychic dynamics. |
