Resumo: | This workdescribes the developmentof adesignintervention thatis being developedas partof strengthening ofprimary health carepolicieswithin themilitary healthsubsysteminAngola. The goal is todeployand implement aprogramofCommunity Health Workersin fourselected unitsof primary care, aiming to improve health carefor military personnel andtheir families through emphasis on the practice of health promotion and disease preventionare not usually practiced at this level. The methodused is thesituational strategicplanningassociated with aprocess oftraining actionswhich aims to help professionalsto perform their tasks in this Project.Using thismethodit has been possibleto overcome thedifficultiesand constraintsof theProject developmentprocess, whichhas the institutionalsupportof the Angolan authorities. It is aprojectin progressthat is expectedto obtaina satisfactoryoutcomeso it might beextendedfor the restof themilitary regions in order to cover all Primary Health Care unitsof the Angolan ArmedForces. |
