Especificidades da prática analítica em sua apresentação em um contexto institucional

This paper aims to establish an investigation regarding the psychoanalytic performance set as possible in an institutional context. One of the main interests in this endeavor consists of locating some elements delimitating and specifying the analytical practice proposed to occur in such environment. For this we organize our study as follows. In the first chapter we seek to make explicit some theoretical thoughts that enable the broadening of analytical performance to the institutional environment. We proceed in order to characterize, from a summary of the literature available about the theme, some of the main aspects delimiting the proposals of psychoanalytic performance in institutional contexts from different natures. We observe with frequency a vinculation between the psychoanalysis expressed in an institutional context and what is understood as a construction of cases, which took us to approach this conception. This leaded our investigation to the problem of truth in psychoanalysis. Our observation was that when we connect the study about the psychoanalysis expressed in an institutional context to what is contemporaneously understood as a construction of the clinical case, we find questions directly related to the problem of truth in psychoanalysis. From that point, the investigation was aimed to the consideration that if we wanted to become closer to what is at stake in a psychoanalysis that manifests itself in an institutional context (through the construction of the clinical case), we should dedicate to approach some aspects related to the problem of truth in psychoanalysis. This became the point that guided the preparation of the next two chapters. In the second chapter we emphasize the Freudian positioning related to the problem of truth in psychoanalysis, and in the next chapter we brought to discussion some Lacans formulations, which enable new advances and new reflections regarding the theme. Lastly, in the fourth and last chapter, we aim to weave considerations taking into account the elaborations made in the previous chapters, in which our intention was to transmit again some reflections having as object the analytical practice in the institutional context. The final considerations, besides of reviewing some essential points in our course, also signalized some limitations in our research and some possible paths to new investigations
