Resumo: | Based on fundamental lessons of hermeneutic ontology, existences philosophy and more different arts theory developed during philosophys history, Luigi Pareyson build an aesthetic theory which defends the ontological registration of the art by recognizing the effective novelty of the work of art. His aesthetic theory introduces the concept of forms legality in constant dialogic relationship with the formative intentionality of the artist in order to show the hermeneutic and ontological dimension of all human action, specially, those that culminate in artistic forms. Therefore, we intend to develop coherently the pareysonian statement about the fundamental structures of the art and its possibility of approaching to the being, knowing that the art experience, more than any other humane activity, reveals as an institutor event of something new related to the existent. |
