Resumo: | This study seeks to understand the factors that configure the fields of possibilities in the management of the risks of musculoskeletal disturbs and accidents in the work with presses in a third-party industry which supplies auto parts for a just-in-time network in Minas Gerais, before and after the implantation of press protection devices, as legal requirement of the Program of Risk Prevention in Presses and similar equipments. from the analysis of the activity of the press workers in true work situations, it was possible to verify which are the main factors that reduce the possibilities of the press workers to manage the risks and, amongof them, it was identified as central factors the time constraints and the variability of true work situation as consequence of the requirements of productivity, flexibility, quality and security. It was identified some strategies used by the operators and which internal values guided the choices to manage themselves in the work, concerning both the individual point of view and collective configuration, that were essential for the risk management and for the fulfillment of the diverse work requirements. Based on the elements disclosed by the analysisof the true activity, using the Ergonomic Analysis and Ergologic Approach this study sought to propose criteria for work intervention, in which the worker takes the action or the workers play the central role, in order to change really the work, considering the integrated management of the risks of accidents and musculoskeletal disturbs and placing the work as a space that permits the expression and competent performance of these essential collective configurations. |
