Resumo: In the current context, Brazil has been going through an economic, political, cultural crisis, and more recently, a health crisis resulting from the pandemic caused by the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid19). The entire population went into social isolation. The teacher had to adapt to remote work, in the context of his home, reconciling his personal and professional life. This intervention with a group of teachers consists of action research, with the objective of promoting, at the same time as it evaluated, the increase in the health gradient of teachers from Municipal Schools of Early Childhood Education - EMEIs , using Integrative and Complementary Practices in the work environment. The objective was to seek to expand the possibilities of health within the work environment, identifying strategies that lead to health and quality of life, even in a complex current situation. There were 9 meetings with a group of 8 teachers from a School of Early Childhood Education (EMEI), with the elaboration of a field diary and a focus group in the last meeting. The activities developed were virtual and with 2 face-to-face meetings. The interventions took place in partnership with the Belo Horizonte Department of Education (SMED). From the intervention, they were identified in 2 thematic categories, namely , Theoretical concepts of anthroposophy and Integrative and Complementary Practices (PICS) as a Health Promotion strategy; and Self-knowledge as a strategy to seek emotional balance, to overcome challenges. Through this intervention , it was possible to promote reflections, discussions from the life history of the teachers, identifying behaviors that can be transformed, identifying qualities, skills, and applied experience in the work environment.
