Mapeando a educação do campo em Minas Gerais: um estudo sobre egressos da licenciatura em educação do campo da UFMG (2005-2011) do Vale do Jequitinhonha

Resumo: This study investigated who are and where they work the egress of the Licenciatura in Field Education of the natural UFMG of Jequitinhonha Valley? It is a dissertation within the Field of Education of the Professional Master's Degrees of the School of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais / Brazil. The methodology consisted of a questionnaire and narrative interviews and aimed to map the egress of the Undergraduate Education in the Field of UFMG, from the 2005-2011 classes, from the Jequitinhonha Valley and analyze their professional insertion in the territory. Twenty-one egress answered the questionnaire and five of them participated in the narrative interview. The theoretical framework has three main axes: Field Education, Jequitinhonha Valley and Research with graduates, and it was built under a historical and social perspective. It was noticed a diversity (still unknown) of positions, practices and institutions occupied by egress who subsidized the creation of a map, also product of this master's degree. The map shows the spatial and territorial distribution of experiences / socio-professional practices of the egress of the LECampo in Minas Gerais. The importance is backed up by its significance as a source of follow-up of the educational / formative processes of those egress and is configured as a data source for possible future research in the area that refers to the mentioned territoriality, to the graduates, to the education of the field and to public policies in the area.
