This research seeks to understand the influence of legal instruments (laws, national curricular guidelines for high school, curricular guidelines, curricular guidelines for high School-philosophy) that relate to education and practice Professional in the classroom, withregard to the teaching of philosophy and its influence on the school and the practice of the discipline ofphilosophy. To better understand dialogue with Deleuze, from the notion of Law and still his understanding of what is philosophy? To then relate the legal instruments with the one held in the school, specifically with regard to practice in the discipline of philosophy, so that we can establish a relationship between the Said and the done and thus build a reflection on the influence of the norms of education in the day-to-day of the CEM Dr. João Lula, in the municipality of Timon-Ma. |
