Resumo: Basic attention shall be the first contact to the users of SUS (Unique Health System), taking into account the principles of access, bond, care continuity, attention integrality, humanization, among others. To the Humanization Politics, the acceptance is the characteristic process of the practices of production and promotions of health which implies the health worker s uspousability. The goal of this study was to avaliate the acceptance at the family health unities. It deals with a field research of quantitative approach performed from January 2010 to March 2011 in the municipality of São Luís MA (Brazil). The population was composed of 882 users, 80 heatlh professionals and 32 managers. It was used questionnaires validated in Brazil from the components of the Primary Care Assesment Tool (avaliação da ferramenta do cuidado primário). To users the acceptance got the composed index of 3,7, so indicating to be unsatisfactory, and it reveals the unacceptance in the health services of the basic attention. To the health professionals the index was 4,0 and to the managers 4,3, so making explicit that the acceptance in the family health unities needs improvements. In the categories of acceptance formulated in this paper, the actors agreed that the access was unsatisfactory to the users, because the services aren t determinative and the qualified attention doesn t happen, so the professionals and managers branch out. To the user the bond is characterized by the uninterested service upon his life conditions and also his life conditions and also his family (58,5%), while to the professionals (36,3%) the interest in the user s life conditions happens. To the managers (50%) they agreed that there was interest in the user and family s life conditions. The research demonstrate that there exist fragilities in the guarantee of the SUS Users rights. It is necessary to improve and make strong the access, determinative services based in the community s needs, being welcome to the qualified and strong attention as to the family s bond.
