Resumo: |
The purpose of this dissertation is to narrate the trajectory of the group of women entrepreneurs, who founded the Council of Women Entrepreneurs of the Commercial Association of Maranhão, and to show how this protagonism took place in the face of a secular and traditionally sexist class entity, the oldest business association do Maranhão, founded in 1854. This movement, a pioneer in the segment of female entrepreneurship in the state, grew and consolidated at the end of the 20th century and kept growing in the 21st century, placing women in a prominent and decision-making role within the entity. This female protagonism was allied to the use of the internet, especially social networks. The purpose of this work, as a product, is the creation of a Website for Women Entrepreneurs of the Commercial Association of Maranhão, entitled: Memory ACM Woman. A space that aims to provide accessibility to the memory and history of female protagonism in ACM. Therefore, the theoretical framework of this research has as its centrality the concept of memory. For Halbwachs (1990) the individual who remembers is always an individual inserted and inhabited by reference groups; memory is always built in a group, but it is also, always, a work of the subject. |
