Resumo: Objective: To identify the profile of physical activity level, socioeconomic status, depression, anxiety and stress levels in high school teachers at the Regional Education Unit of Açailândia. Materials and Methods: This is a quantitative, descriptive, field, survey and cross-sectional research, carried out with a sample of 114 teachers from the Regional Education Unit of Açailândia, with teachers of both sexes and aged between 21 and 65 years. Data collection took place in the schools in person, through the application of a questionnaire, using as tools the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ, short version), for nutritional status the Body Mass Index (BMI), the socioeconomic questionnaire of the Brazilian Association of Research Companies (ABEP), for the variables of depression, anxiety and stress a Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale questionnaire (DASS-21) was used. A descriptive analysis was performed, with the presentation of quantitative data by means and standard deviations. Results: a sample of 114 teachers from URE Açailândia was analyzed. In general, regarding the level of physical activity, it was found that 29.8% of the teachers were classified as very active, 20.1% as active, 11.4% irregularly active (A), 20.1% irregularly active (B) and 18.4% classified as sedentary. Regarding nutritional status, most teachers (54.4%) were eutrophic, 25.4% overweight and 7.9% obese. Regarding the socioeconomic stratum, it was observed that 18.4% of the teachers belong to Class A, 22.8% to Class B1, 40.3% to Class B2, 15.7% to Class C1 and 2.6% to Class C2, with no representatives in Class DE. Regarding depression, 76.3% of the teachers were classified as normal, 17.5% had a mild classification and 6.1% showed a moderate form, with no representatives in the severe form of depression. With regard to anxiety, 64% of the teachers were classified as normal, 21.9% in the mild form and 12.2% in the moderate form, with no representatives in the severe form of anxiety. Regarding stress, 69.2% of the teachers were classified as normal, while 30.7% had mild stress, with no representatives in the moderate and severe stress categories. Conclusion: The highest percentage of teachers was active and very active, and the highest percentage found in the classification of nutritional status corresponded to eutrophic. High percentages of normality of stress, anxiety and depression were obtained, showing that most teachers presented good indicators for the variables investigated.
