Resumo: |
This study aims to create the interactive guide "Citizen in focus: paths to HU-UFMA", later sent to whatsapp for patients of the University Hospital of UFMA, with important information, in a summarized and interactive way, to facilitate access to the institution's services, as well as accessing other hospital communication channels and promoting the exercise of citizenship. A bibliographic review is determined as a methodology that will deepen themes such as Communication and Health, from the understanding that both are citizens' rights, organizational communication, the latter with a more focused attention on communication management and Digital Communication that will help to product construction. Added to a documentary survey, to know the profile of public served and also field research with a qualiquantity approach with data collection and analysis through the application of questionnaires with users and family members, in addition to product testing. It is intended to understand what are the greatest difficulties that permeate access to information already available, thus hindering a more effective and humanized service. The elaboration of the guide is justified due to the constant doubts of the citizen, even with the information present in the official channels of the institution. It is intended to contribute to the availability of information in an easy and simplified way, generating positive impacts, since it reduces communication failures and provides greater security in the information for the service. The program suggested for editing the guide is Canva, as it is easy to use and allows the use of the proposed media. |
