Uma abordagem fonoaudiológica na clínica diária: elaboração de um instrumento de análise baseado no Português falado no Maranhão

Resumo: This dissertation aims to create an Analysis Instrument to evaluate the phonemes emission, during speech therapy approach in daily clinic, from the corpus of the Linguistic Atlas Project of Maranhão - ALiMA. This study was motivated by the following questions: do speech therapists working in clinical language practice know well the linguistic theoretical-methodological models that involve phonological models? Do they test the effectiveness of these phonological models and contrast them with the data found in the clinic? Do they conduct research, case studies and dialogue with linguistics? (HORA and VOGELEY, 2016). To carry out the research, we conceptually correlate Linguistics, which is responsible for the scientific methodology of language, with Speech Therapy, which deals with the prevention and treatment of communication disorders Linguistically, we approach linguistic variation and its concepts of change in apparent time and real time. Methodologically, we analyzed four informants from São Luís - MA, using the ALiMA Phonetic-Phonological Questionnaire (QFF), in questions where the phonemes /t/, /d/, /tS/, /dZ/, /{/, /R/, /¥/, /S/ appear in phonological contexts - beginning, middle and end of word. In addition, we consider relevant for this dissertation the following studies: Language Development Assessment (MENEZES, 2004), Phonological Skills Profile (CARVALHO, ALVAREZ and CAETANO, 1998), Infant Language Test (ANDRADE et al., 2004), Child Phonological Assessment (YAVAS, HERNANDORENA and LAMPRECHT, 1991) and Child Phonological Assessment Protocol (SANTOS et al., 2009). With the results achieved, we obtained the total percentage of phonemes per informant; the number of words in the phonological context; the percentage of phoneme occurrence; the percentage of linguistic phenomena by age group and the percentage of phoneme occurrence by gender. Based on the phonemes /t/, /d/, /tS/, /dZ/, /{/, /R/, /¥/, /S/ we proposed the Instrument of Analysis, considering the phonological contexts - beginning, middle and end of the word - for each phoneme quoted, based on the QFF-ALiMA.
