Resumo: |
The distance education (DE), have been suffering some problems that are commonly experienced by face-to-face teachings, such as the high rate of dropout of students, caused by factors like lack of adaptation to the modality, learning difficulties and others. To support decision making, it is possible to use a dashboard displaying academic indexes that represent information directly and succinctly. Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) are sources of data for the analysis of information in the academic field, such as student learning, grades, frequencies and other information. The application of control panel acting on this data comes to provide effectiveness in the organizational process and efficiency in the information visualization. This paper presents a proposal for a control panel development process, based on a survey done by Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and research with groups of tutors being applied techniques of the Participatory Design (PD) methodology, such as Focal Group, Card Sorting, Paper Prototyping and applied the questionnaire System Usability Scale (SUS). |
