This work aims to present the impact of the maintenance process of permanent and electro-electronic track in a Heavy Haul railway. The study points out the comparison between the basic, blocked maintenance and maintenance by distance formats applied between 2017 and 2019 (36 months) through the assessment of railway performance indicators. The performance of the failures of track and electro-electronic area, of the train hour stopped indicator, of the mean kilometer between stops indicator and the specific consumption yield were considered, using statistical analysis with ANOVA and Tukey tests, through the MATLAB® software by MathWorks. The conclusion of the analyzes allowed to indicate a better performance for the maintenance by distance format in the railway under study, ratified in the tests showed according to the characteristics indicated in these 3 years of evaluation of the numerical basis caused by the capacity increase process (railway duplication). |
