Resumo: The technology has been widely used by society and its development occurs due to the consolidation of the properties of the Internet, enabling the sharing of information and interaction between users. Using the advanced technologies, the internationalization policies in higher education, use digital platforms for the management of the processes of the International Relations Advisory for students, professors and researchers of Institutions of Higher Education and different countries. However, it is necessary to analyze the way information is made available in the portals of these institutions, aiming to ensure the usability and proper communication. In This focus, this research aimed to analyze the contributions of Design in the effectiveness of information systems and interaction in portals of international relations assessories. In this line, the methodological procedure included as scope for data collection and information two universities: national level and another at the international level. The aforementioned sampling allowed the gathering of a theoretical-practical substrate relevant for the analysis and synthesis of the research. As a conclusion of the research, it was possible to obtain a set of 15 (fifteen) recommendations for the improvement of portals of International Relations Advisory of Higher Education Institutions.
