Resumo: |
The objective of this work was to analyze the effectiveness of Public Civil Actions filed by the 3 (three) Health Prosecutions Offices on the island of São Luís, in order to face COVID-19, through Public Civil Actions, above all, what were the challenges faced by these Public Prosecutions Offices and the impacts caused by the filing of their actions in the years 2020 and 2021. right to health, in the light of Robert Alexy's theory of fundamental rights. In order for the objectives to be achieved, the hypothetical-deductive method was used as an approach method, the evaluative method as a procedure method, and the bibliographical, documental and jurisprudential research techniques. |
