Resumo: The study starts from the dialogue between body and space, from the perspective of adapting a creative process in dance carried out from the space of a city to the space of a house. The general objective is to describe this process and its dialogical relationships between artist, space and semiotics. This relationship will reflect on the different places for dance, the reinterpretation of the artist and his creative processes in face of the current situation of social isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this sense, the work relates this process to the concepts of Mindfulness (referring to the ability in any situation to engage in the "here and now" in an open, curious and authentic way, before any judgment) and Art Therapy, having the language of dance as a tool to be in the present. The work finds theoretical and methodological support, in addition to bibliographical research, in ethnographic, autoethnographic and autobiographical studies and experiences. The investigating subject, who also develops artistic activities in the field of dance, makes associations of theoretical categories, knowledge of tradition and the living record inscribed in his body with his experience as an artist, placing his own experience in the understanding of the temporal dimensions of the past, present and future. It also resorts to epistemological contributions from other fields of knowledge recognized by the academy, highlighting studies in Communication, Anthropology and Psychology. From this approach, the research concludes that dance is configured as a myriad of possibilities, from the spectacle to the therapeutic practices, being able to move the audience through the scenic expression, as well as to resolve the damages caused by depression and anxiety in contemporaneity.
