Resumo: |
This work objective will develop the MáqVia application to allow the authentication of information in order to incorporate in the routine one that will provide greater and autonomy of the available data. With this, using an analysis using a Lean methodology based on Toyotismo, which is the inspiration for Vale's management model, the eight wastes in the management of operational processes of documentation of the source of management of Track Machines were found. As a way of minimizing the impacts that these documents generate for the good performance of the corporation's production processes, a multidisciplinary approach was created for mapping and reviewing the data, which will be tested in the application and released for maintenance. The software was modified according to the presentation of the product to end users and to validate the excellence of the legal requirements. |
