Resumo: | This present work examines the exporting consortiums of slate stones, jewels, gems and shoes, located in the state ofMinas Gerais, Brazil. Its objective was to analyze the process of consortiums starting from the apprenticeships resulting from this formation and the internationalization ofPME's, resulting in the relationship oftrust and cooperation processes. The theoretical frame was based on the theories ofthe mter-organizational network learning process, the trust and cooperation as the key elements. In search ofinternationalization, the enterprises are organized into inter-organizational networks, aiming for new markets and new forms of surviving. The exporting consortiums which are inserted into the conception ofinter-firms networks, adds collective competence through the expansion ofpartnership among enterprises and public institutions making the process even more challenging. As a result of this process, the enterprises cooperate and share ideas and information in order to integrate themselves into the global market. The methodology used was the quality approach through the case study. It was observed that through associated work, the enterprises reached new markets and mainly became more competitive inthe domestic market owing to the improvement of the product quality and the process. Also that organizational architectures have just created the necessary competence for the consolidation ofthese national enterprises and international markets increasing Brazilian exports. Beyond the relationship between enterprises, consortiums and catafyst institutions such as APEX, SEBRAE and FIEMG produce an independem and mutual trust that translates into collective learning. Among other benefíts, the exporting consortiums are alternatives, viable andapplicable for thereality ofthePME. |
