This work analyzes the didactic books of experimental schools: Military Police College Hugo de Carvalho Ramos and Center for Teaching and Research Applied to Education, in Goiânia, in the period 2003-2008. Through the observation of documentary sources, recorded in textbook discourses, we aim to understand how woman are represented in textbooks, and the relationships and powers inherent in the narrative and iconographic discourse of textbooks. It reflects on the permanencies and ruptures in the androcentric character in didactic narratives. Like this, analysis based on the analytical concept of Gender in textbooks, we understand that the predominance of women in textbooks is large confined to annexes and addenda, marking women as coadjutants in historical construction, as well as, legitimizing the representation of women in a sexist perspective in the didactic narrative. |
