Resumo: This exploratory research has as its central problem: what is the participation, perceptions, limits, challenges and possibilities related to the teacher supervisor (PS) - the one who receives the internship at school - in the formative relationship between university and school? For this, we had as a general objective: to understand and analyze the participation of the PS in the process of initial training in PE in the internship field. With this, we had as specific objectives: Locate the internship, identifying how the supervising professor participates and inserts in the formative relationship between university and school; Conduct a documentary research on the role of the supervising teacher in the context of the internship in laws, opinions and resolutions of teacher training in Brazil and mandatory supervised internship (1969 to 2019), from UFG and FEFD/UFG (since its creation in 1989) and SME and Schools of Goiânia-GO (all we found); Identify and analyze the understanding of the researched subjects about the role of the supervising teacher of the basic school; Present contributions, guidelines and suggestions for the participation and performance of the school teachers in the internship through the elaboration of the educational product in video format entitled "Supervised internship and the teacher supervisor of the basic school", posted on youtube platform. For this, we conducted questionnaires with open and closed questions with the different research subjects (school teacher, university professor and managers), documentary research and content analysis, crossing the responses of the three audiences surveyed to obtain analysis categories. As results we identified that the teacher of the school that receives the internship and also the school-field, need to leave the condition of grantor to act directly in the training of the interns, as well, it was verified in this process that it is necessary to act actively , awareness, appreciation and recognition of supervisory work.
