Resumo:	This paper intends to examine the human relation between time and language in an eletronic support, starting from the emergency of the technoscience s paradigme and the constitution of a technological culture which affect social practices, political strength and subjectivity. This study examine the value of the information on the contemporany social sphere. It investigates the hypertext and the instanity (real time) of the webjournalism on the digital culture.
