Resumo:	Projects centered on the motivation as advance factor of the university teacher services, emphasizing the importance of relation among collaborators and the organization. It is centered on bibliographical, documentary research and in case study, through specific instruments, investigates the motivation of private university teachers of Juiz de Fora city, MG, and the actions which influence those teachers in their tasks. Also it proposes to study the influence of the motivation on teachers performance and their commitment with their collaborators, identifying what stimulus can produce their behavior and generate better and personal satisfaction of the activities with bigger productivity and quality.
