Resumo: This work presents the thoroughly examination about many aspects of the reality of the great and modern enterprises worldwide, on the issues related to the culture and the atmosphere on the general structure of the organizations, which determine it success or failure, just nowadays, at this times of globalization and tight competition. As long as we have been studying the organizational universe, the development, reasons and consequences that affect straightly the society lifestyle in the third millennium, we hope have been contributed for the understanding of the organization functioning, and also for the increase of the number of publications related to this theme. Through studying the theory and developing a survey of the professional structure of Infoglobo Comunicações, we intended to account the tensions, methods and practices that are used to develop the people and the knowledge management within this enterprise, in order to gather the organizational values necessary to be recognized as the one of the best brazilian enterprises to work. We think that the investigation done there could bring us new conclusions about the issues that workers get through their professional routines, and the pressure that they are all submitted to be, day by day, more efficient and excellent in doing such many things as they can learn and do in a worldwide dimension. In the same way, we believe that we may know better some other aspects of the complicated system which all of us, workers of the whole occidental and capitalized world, are nowadays included.
