Resumo: The educative process has that to be intent and be an agglutinant agent of the moments and the changes that are occurring in the world, objectifying the present and the future of the man, therefore is basic the human being know and understand the functioning of the main industrial processes that if they relate, directly or indirectly, with the natures ahead of the innumerable technological accidents that have left tracks of destruction in the globe. Consequently, the knowledge of Environmental Chemistry in the intermediate school, must be one of the formal vectors of transformation in education level aiming at and simulation the formation of the critical conscience in the processes where the chemical technologies can influence in the levels of environmental contamination. The proposal of this work consists of the development of a learning process on the basis of the construction of didactic models, be using specific equipments or even using certain objects of the daily, seeking to create in the experiments the necessary and fundamental conditions so that the knowledge of the Environmental Chemistry is at the same time critical and systemic. To exemplify the teaching program three themes they were selected: to deterioration of stacks in the environment, the pollution and the destruction of the monuments and urban furniture s and to the addition of alcohol to the gasoline. Starting from these themes experiments laboratories were developed to evidence as such products contaminate the environment. It is believed that the way to think in the Environmental Chemistry, associating the fundamental concepts of the Chemistry to the parameters that it composes an environmental system, be intimately linked when "feeling" or when imagining the observed facts, natural or induced, that you/they flow of the experiment. With that a discipline of Chemistry is presented returned to the Environment that relates models laboratories with chemical concepts studied in the Medium Teaching
